Parting out a John Deere 350

Picked up this 350 for a project but dont have the time or money to throw at it right now. Diesel, reverser, 6way blade, 3315 winch. Runs good, goes back and forth good, and will steer one way but will slip under load. Track adjusters are shot, needs one sprocket. Guessing chains are 50%. Bushings a...

1010 parts crawler weight

I am looking for guesses on the weight of a 1010 parts crawler. Steering clutch housings, transmission, reverser, gas engine, dash, and nose. No undercarriage, no final drives. Was a loader crawler but was stripped down to convert to a dozer but the guy lost interest. Just wondering if its light eno...

Hes had that winch for sale for almost a year. I talked to him a year ago, he said he had 6 1010s for parts.

Stan, I have some mid mount M cultivators, but dont recall which style they are. When the snow melts I will look for them if you are interested in coming this far to get a set.

Winch is a gearmatic 8a. Weight is around 1,000 lb with a full drum of cable. If I get a chance I will dig out my brochure on it later for more info. Nice looking 420 btw.

The arches are the same for the 350, 450 up to Es, and 550s up to Bs. The 450/550 uses an extra bracket on the bottom, but its not welded to the arch so its easy to swap it out. It bolts to the back of the finals and on top of the winch. I will see if I have a pic or 2 for you.

I am pretty sure there is no inline filters on the 450Cs. Early 450Cs had the filter in the tank, later ones had a spin on filter on top of the tank. I am guessing you either have a collapsed line or a clog between the tank and pump.

That is neat. I want to do a 6way and maybe a 3pt on the one I am going to build. Kinda a toy and maybe work a little like lawns. Been looking at the magnatrac videos on youtube, they can push pretty good.

John Deere 450B for parts or repair

Early 70s John Deere 450B with outside blade. Brand new chains and pads. Rest of the undercarriage looks good. Runs and drives good, but needs steering clutch work. With haying right around the corner I dont have time or the $$ to fix. Call or email for prices on parts or would take $5500 for the wh...

It could be a bad radiator letting oil from the HLR cooler into the radiator. I have heard of 1010s and 350s doing that.
