The actual calculations to measure undercarriage are quite a few. 99% of the time when someone says such and such percent undercarraige, they are just guessing, and I am including myself in that. I have the sheets to do undercarraige calculation, and after reading the process, I said heck with it. R...

David,
If it is coming from inside the bellhousing, it could be the pump shaft seal. On some of them, there is a pressure line in there as well, it could be cracked or loose. Only way to tell is split it.

Valve does look like a late 1010 valve.
Canopy is a Gearmatic canopy, kind of rare.

40C PTO shaft for sale

For Sale: PTO shaft assembly for 40 crawler after serial number 62,263 (4 or 5 roller). This fits ONLY the 40 crawler and is a different PTO than 420-1010.

I thnk I see what is going on. When you put the clutch together, you install one fiber disc in the brake drum. Then you install the drive hub which has a snap ring on it. This snap ring will be above the first fiber disc in the clutch pack, so I yes there is a snap ring above one of the fiber discs....

Do you mean the price of pins and bushings installed, or just the parts? Pins and bushings require a track press to install, that is why I ask.
