I have a 1958 John Deere 420C. Serial number is 133412, which I believe makes it a series 3. What should be the dash color?

Does anyone know of a source for the stud fastener (#315T for the hood of a 420C. I need a couple, and I checked with the local John Deere dealer today and they are more than $20 a piece.

I would not think something would break with the crawler just sitting. However something might rust and stick together. Thanks. It is sitting inside but maybe I can pull it with another tractor. What seems odd to me is if the clutch is stuck engaged, how I am able to put into gear while the crawler is running. I put some penetrating fluid on the brake/clutch shaft. It seems to have broke loose but not real loose yet....
