Manual for 450Bc

Buying a new to me tractor, I don't want to embark in this without books. What's the best source for manuals?

The tach doesn't work. Are they electrical, or mechanical?

I will truck my first ever crawler this Sunday. It's a 450BC. I want manuals. Is there difference between 450B, and 450BC. Does the C only denote that it isn't a loader? Someone wondered if it's a transition model between B & C It is supposed to be a '73 so I doubt it's a transition. I haven't paid ...
