I have really liked Eaton(now Quincy). Low RPM pumps with good CFM. Most with 100% duty cycles. Also like Ingersoll Rands.

Engine is a 300 series Deere. I believe it is a 4219. Lots of other apps. But they are getting older and more difficult to find.

What signs/symptoms does your winch have?

I believe the pressure test port is under the left side of the winch. There should be two 1/4 pipe plugs. The one to the left (outside) is a drain for the left case.
