Fred,
Sounds about right, I got a call from Queensland on Monday, and it was 3:45 PM here, and 6:45 AM Tuesday there, if that gives you any idea.
Usually by the time I get in from the shop, I don't get to do computer work until about 9:00 PM.

Mike,
I should have a couple on hand. If not, I need to get some more anyway, as I need some or myself.

One spring in the rear end.
Do you need mean master pins?
Take a torch and blow straight in the end of the pin bring careful not to cut the link itself. Do this on both ends, and when it cools, it should come right out.
Look real close at the tracks, I have missed the master link before.

The problem instead of getting better has gotten worse. If you have tried to e-mail me, and have not gotten a response, I am sorry. I have been arguing with my provider for over a week, and all I have gotten is a list of reasons that it is my fault, not theirs. I apologize fot the inconvenience. Lavoy

As long as the teeth in the hub are sound, there should be no problem. It should be farily smooth, what I have done is carefully take a file and make sure the face of the splines are smooth. Clutch kits include brake band, so that doesn't fit your situation. I do have all of the parts available indi...

Best thing to use in idler is corn head grease. If you can find a supplier that handles it, the correct grease is called "Track and roller grease, or Track Roller grease". It is obsolete from Deere, but the equivalent is corn head grease. If you are in an area that they raise corn, pretty much any a...

I have always said my favorite wrench is a #6 blue flame, hot wrench, gas axe, or whatever you choose to call it.

I just ran into the same problem as you this week. The adapter that tried to use was round, it was used on a TD9 crawler that does not have that ring. I went and grabbed a different grease gun that has an end that came from Deere, and both sides are milled off flat so there is clearance for it to sl...

Did you get the two bolts that are underneath that go into the final from the clutch housing? The two dowels that are in the clutch housing will often times stick in the final. You may have to pry and wiggle a little to loosen them up. You can tap outward on the final with a sledge hammer if you are...
