Just measured 40, only thing it’s a 5 roller sorry it’s in storage and I haven’t seen it in 6 years. Little tough to get exact messurement but looks like 14”. Not sure it this helps, but it was nice to see the 40.

Yes I will measure tomorrow. You would think you would see something broken or out of square if roller hit sprocket.

Run it up on some 6X6 so you have some room under it.

You may want to remove tank. Or drop belly pan. If tank is in good shape drop belly pan, if tank needs any kind of repair pull tank. I have a 430C in shop now, first one to ever work on. I had to replace main shaft from trans to engine, replace all parts for brake and clutch pedal as they where froz...

Clicking noise can be a few things. Pressure plate throw out bearing and part # 6. That's what made clicking noise in my 430. If a seal is leaking you may have a bearing starting to fail.
