My 350 has a lever to engage the winch drive. The spool valve also has a neutral or float setting so I don't have to power down the dozer.

Re: 350 reverser
Yeah it has it's own hydraulic system. The previous owner states that the large o rings (piston rings??) were not replaced, on either clutch assembly, when he rebuilt the reverser. He feels like when the fluid get hot is bypasses the assembly and looses pressure. Moves perfect when cold and for abou...

Here is one of his Craigslist ads...his name is Wayne. He has at least 2 350's on his lot. Phone number should be in the ad. He's 20 minutes north of knoxville, tn.

Re: JD350 losing power after running 10min
Definately fuel starved...when it stalls crack the vent on one of the fuel filters and listen for air. Also I had a small stick "tooth pick size" stuck in my fuel valve just below the tank...gaspumpsam is all over it...just start at one end and go from there you'll find it.

Re: Engine will not turn over
Might have water in the cylinders. You can loosen the fuel lines at the injectors to see. You could also pop an injector out to get a faster result...high pressure, so be careful. If water is in the cylinder it will get pushed out. I had this issue a few yrs ago. Engine would barely turn over and wo...

I would bump the starter several times to pull some fluid in at a slower speed.

I sold a '72 similar to yours for $5900. Chains were shot, but all else was good. So with reworked chains it would've been worth $7900 in my area/situation.
Those silly reversers are always the thing that gets you.

Re: JD350 Track adjuster rebuild
I bought the wrong rebuild kit for my cylinder rebuild...905000. if you want/need them they're yours...just let me know.
Also the correct kit was 905002...just a "o ring",oil seal, and ball.
You never know if and when the adjuster has been swopped from another unit.

I never seen a 350 worth only $800, so yeah I'd bid on a picture for that amount and higher.

Re: 350 transmission issues
Disregard most of what I said...lol.
I have zero experience with that model. Other than doing an engine swop from a 350 C.
Good luck.
