I will install new rollers and hardware, paint them etc. I ve been told to not put the rock guards on because they just pack the mud, dirt between them and break bolts. Especially if they don t help to guide the chain, i m thinking about not installing them. What is your idea on that? I use the doze...

I have had the exact same thing, bearing roller was laying in the bottom of the final drive and came around with the bull gear. Hi, I don't know much about reversers because both of my 440 have a bypass shaft through the case but one thing you can do is look where it quits spinning. That will isolate the problem.
