Thank you for the info. The grousers seem to be in fairly good shape on the pads and stick up pretty high. The soil is almost all clay where I will be using it so I think I will keep my eyes open for some of the pads that Lavoy mentioned. Does anyone know where I might find some of these?

Thank you for the information!! I am looking to fix the crawler up to use on my property. I might be looking to restore it some time later down the road. I have no problem using the chains that are on it but I also do not want to cause any unneeded stress on the rest of the machine. Any thoughts on ...

440 ICD Tracks

Just got my very first 440 ICD. It is an early 60's model with an 831 loader on it. One of my good friends told me that the tracks on the crawler are not the correct ones for the 440. They have a 4 bolt pattern where the correct ones should have 2 bolt holes. Also, since I have the loader I should h...

The other easy way to find out where it goes is to just call and ask Jorde. I'm sure that they will help you out with any of your questions on placement.

Scott, When the ramp is set in the up position there is a brace that swings down and locks it in position. It is kind of like the hydraulic lockout brace on a loader when you work on it. There are two hydraulic cylinders to lift the ramp controlled by one lever at the front of the trailer. I have se...

I wish I could take the credit for it but I bought it from an old friend of mine who had to get out of the hobby due to health reasons. He made the hydraulic deck on the back because he was too old to mess with ramps. He also made the jack in the front hydraulic so he did not have to crank on the ja...

I like the trailer you drew. Looks like a bumper pull with a pindle hitch. Personaly I prefer a gooseneck style trailer. It destributes the weight of the trailer better and will turn better in my opinion. I will have to see if I have a picture of my trailer to post for you. It has worked wonderfuly ...
