Lavoy,
Do you know what the sn. is for the first and last 420C off the line was?? I know the 430C were numbered differently that the wheeled 430's but the 420's were all in the mix.

Thank you Lavoy. I might hold off a while on the seat. I have a frame but I believe that it is off of a 420w. It will work for now but I think I am going to focus on the fenders and the 4 spool set up. I have been watching ebay and some other areas and have not had any luck. Without them the crawler...

Thank you for all the information. I'm not sure which way I will do it yet. I intend on using the crawler a little for some fun in the dirt but I'm not sure if I will go ahead and cut the plate out and weld a new one in or use the body filler. Track frame pitting
I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what to do about track frame pitting? The 420C that I have has considerable pitting on the track frame and I think it would not look good to do a full restoration on the crawler and then have the track frames looking like crap due to the heavy pit...
