I must agree with the rest. That 6 volt should wind right over. Here is my 420 when it was only 10 degrees here in Maine on 6 volt.

For that kind of money I would look for something else. That or see if they will let you have it for 5-6k. Pretty rough looking in my book. It does have nice paint, a winch and ROP's. But that is the only good things I see.

Before you go slapping a regulator onto your tractor, you will need to get the regulator "tuned". Take your generator and regulator to a alternator repair shop and ask them to tune it. Not all generators have the same output. The shop will be able to adjust the regulator to best handle your generato...

You will need to check your rods and the wrist pins for slop. #1 cause for a knock in a engine. Be a shame to tear it down and put it back together with out investing a bit more to get it right.

If I remember the story from a year ago. The bobcat tried, but didnt have the traction. The 420 dug the hole an easier ramp for the case to come out.

More like operator oversight when using the case.

When looking in the inspection hole. Look for the castellated nut (nearest to you when looking in the square hole on each side of the seat). Hopefully you will see the nut taller than the stud (meaning you have adjustment left). If the nut has been wound down all the way that means when the brakes n...
