Lost my radiator cap for my jd40s wheeled tractor 1954.
Do you have available replacement cap or can i get usable at napa? not having issues with it off so appears doesn't require pressurized???

just exactly like the book instructs, i adjusted mine by memory and had to go back to the book for the same reason..overtravel

first of all it helps if you post your location in your profile..
secondly see if you can adjust the clutches in the reverser.
and third, from sounds of issue the steering needs adjusted on both sides.
i assume you were able to steer before you replaced ...engine..clutch?

yes you should be able to adjust the fingers, you do however need the gauge to adjust properly...Lavoy generally has those gauges ..not sure which one it is.
