As far as Texas is concerned would you believe forever... Actually ten years ago we got 10-11inches on Good Friday. For this area that was a record. By Easter it was mostly gone. Bryce

There are some (3) roller shafts for sale on eBag right now. The auction number for one of them is 7600542743. He may also have the shells, looks like he is parting out a 440. :roll:

You may want to look at the FAQ Forum, it has a lot of serial number info. It doesn't show 40s as being that old. Also doesn't show letters in serial numbers.

There is a rebuilt 420 engiine on eBay 7588801088 and it's in New york, might be too much power for a 40C. Bryce

The one I put in my 440ICD last week was a Wix and I apparently didn't write the number down in my parts book but they found it looking for a Fram F59071. It is supposed to be a Fleetguard FF5005 and a NAPA 3080. The filter in mine when I got it last fall was too small and the best I could tell wasn...

My local Yellowhouse had the adapter in stock. It was less than $30.00 as I remember.
