Two things.
1 clutches are slipping in the forward reverser clutch pack and need tightened. This is located in the forward reverser bung hole. Push indent in and spin the nut clockwise.
2 or you broke the clutch fingers on the reverser clutch packs. Pull motor and front reverser hub.
