Lol,. I've got $100 into it and I've got a running 440 on Studebaker power.. Just need to put the radiator back in it and order up my hydraulic pump. Once that pump is installed I can adjust the brake band's and clutch linkage and see if I need to call you again and order up some parts or not.

2-53 may be easy in your neck of the woods but very uncommon here.. I'd spend hundreds trying to get the linkages and all the other specific stuff for 2-53 to go in there again. did some measuring today. She's getting my spare M-29 weasel engine. Straight 6 torque. Ill pick up my 440 icd Tuesday.. but I just learned it's missing the hydraulic pump. Way cheaper to buy a off brand pump and build a bracket to make it work.

What is the max output pressure and gph of the hydraulic pump on a 440 diesel dozer with a 6 way blade?

What type crawler or loader would I need to source that input shaft from?

Ahh well that's good to know being a 60 year old dozer finding all the parts to repair the reverser would Proably get pretty expensive and difficult to find so ill lean towards option b and just turn the reverser into a drive shaft tube.
