I would use a rose bud torch to completly heat red let cool on its own might have enough out to turn out with pipe wrench or weld nuts on after heating

sounds like a plan to me, if you have an engine hoist and a good ratchet come along that would helpfull have done many still attached to machine makes a good vise just Jd seals are not real pricy for that old stuff

easy way to work on a dozer or loader engine is to completely remove dozer or loader frame you will most likely find some thing else needs work some on those also presently doing an in frame over haul on 3 cylinder JD 302 with loader removed JIM

most reasonable pricing I would go with them shop in my area is over 600.00

I have a 450 Dozer had trouble with trans cooler lines rubber hoses got original from mother deere and it was really thick and to heavy to get on the steel lines so I got return hydraulic from a hydraulic repair shop and was easier to work with

the tube one goes in the reverser

If you have trouble in reverser and transmission should remove from rear you can not take trans apart with finals on good luck systems are seperate JIM

If you have usable tanks why not re core I have used Detroit Radiator many times they are all over the US and very reasonable. they are a manufacturing facility JIM
