I also have a 450C same problem found it to be the injection pump remove the timing window you will find
crud in there.

grinding is the easy way also have used a tungsten bit on a dremmel done it many times then re weld

there are places that rebuild clutches had one done in Michigan at Clucth Masters for a 350 they work mostly on heavy duty truck might check around your area

possible to much oil or plugged filter or restriction in system JIM

I have both a 350 and 450C, for cleaning brush around trees the 350 would be better choice

had the same trouble on my 350 rather than dismantle both trans and reverser I opted to place hardened bolts in the splined coupling and through the shafts by using carbide tipped drills used the ones for glass & stone from Home depot you have to cut hole in the top of trans case to install the bolt...

when using heat you need to get the part all red then let cool and use penetrating oil

Needed a left armrest for my 350 ordered from K&M got it in two days very good quality metal backing not plywood like the one that rotted out !

had trouble with my 350 dozer had to be full throttle to raise blade took pump apart and found the perimeter seal had piceses missing causing low pressure found rebuild kit and working fine now

never seen one that bad my approach would be cut manifold apart with cut off wheels on grinder to get to areas around bolts heat red hot then let cool and heat again let cool again douse with penetrating oil you can also heat red hot quench with cold water usually cracks the rust that is holding eve...

I have replaced two on different machines got them from JD not real pricy

why not have them relined I have done that

to eliminate moisture I just used sea foam Hydra trans tune recommended by Lavoy worked for the trans on a 302 JD tractor used 2 qts to five gallons
