Re: DEERE PARTS SPECS
I agree he could get the diameter but the shoulder that sets the depth is also worn down and he will need to know how deep the bearing goes.

DEERE PARTS SPECS
Now and then I see where someone has access to Deere parts specs or drawings. I need the drawing for a T37440 front clutch spider to recover one with a spun-out bearing. I have been unable to find a replacement and think a good machinist can bore out and re-line the bearing pocket if I can find the ...

Re: 350C Reverser/Transmission
I see you haven't gotten an answer and will try to help. I can't open your pics without getting on too many spam lists. There is no connection between reverser and transmission so the tranny level shouldn't come up from adding to the reverser. Get an operator's manual to see where to check and where...

The parts book, PC291, has a picture on page 70-23 that may help you. Go to the online JD parts book.

Re: JD350B Brakes
I hate to say this, but it sounds like your reverser is the problem. When you have it in gear with the clutch out and it doesn't move but does after you pull the clutches then it is certain. When you pull the clutch handle you unload the reverser and the reverser clutch will hold at least for awhile...

Re: JD350B Brakes
I hate to be a pest, but don't understand two things. By "take off" do you mean it won't move but the engine keeps running? And by "bogs down" do you mean it quickly kills the engine or loads it (reduces the rpm) without killing it?

Re: JD350B Brakes
If the transmission is in neutral with the clutch out does it make a difference whether the reverser is in forward or reverse?

Just out of curiosity, why do you lift the rear if it is still on the sprocket?

Re: What PSI are 450 hydraulic hoses for loader ?
I believe the relief valve is only active while you are using a function and the lines may see a higher pressure when you are not using that function. Think running into an obstacle.

And unless it already has them put in stellite valve seats for unleaded gas.

Re: JD 350 C dozer track extender stuck
Back off on the locknut and then tighten the bolt and it should pressure up and extend. You can mildly use a hammer around the rod end of the cylinder while it is under pressure to get it to move. Once apart contact Lavoy for a new seal.

Re: Steering clutch problem on 350B dozer
Had to. Either not enough plates or didn't torque down pressure plate. Even if you didn't use the JD7 gauge it shouldn't slip unless the pressure plate inner springs are broken.

Re: Throw out bearing adjustment on a 40c
The "front opening" is a barrel bung. Whatever you use to adjust, make sure you tape the 1/2" socket or otherwise secure it to the drive wrench so it doesn't accidentally pull ff and drop into the bottom of the housing.

It may be easier to remove the side frame than the reverser if you are sure that's where you need to go.

And if brute force alone doesn't collapse it then make sure exposed portion of ram is clean and pepper the tube part with a medium sized hammer while applying that force. Enough to shock it but not enough to deform it. You can draw a line on the ram to see if it moves. Worked for me a number of times.
