Will a 2010 injection pump and driveshaft fit in a 350C?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows if an injection pump and driveshaft from a 2010 will work in a 350C? As you might guess, the pump on the 350 seized and twisted the driveshaft off as well. There is a damaged 2010 that I might be looking at this weekend if there is a chance the pump can work i...

Can you get electricity to the pond? If so, it might be practical to dig a sump or ditch and put a pump with a float switch in there and just let it run for a week or so. Problem with this approach is when you get rain it resets the pump out back to almost zero, but if you can get the water down it ...

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. As mentioned, filling and redrilling holes is a lot easier if it is brazed in. Or get a brass or steel bushing in there, you can even drill them oversized for the bushing and epoxy it in. In regards to carbide drill bits, the easiest and cheapest item there is buy a c...

Like many others, I had the same symptoms and it was also the "mouse turd" issue. Doing a search here will bring up quite a few threads about it. In a nutshell, a plastic part starts decomposing and crumbles up into little mouse turd looking pieces. These pieces will clog the return line and then th...

I do not know if this will work at all for you, but just so you know a 3/4" bolt is 19.05mm. They make 20mm and 22mm metric bolts with a 2.5mm pitch, which is darn near 10 TPI. You might be able to run a M20X2.5 tap in there right now and just use metric bolts, if everything would work out and you'd...

Anyone have a drawing of the injection driveshaft, 350C?

Hi all, Does anyone have a dimensional drawingfor the injection pump driveshaft, PN# 36538 for the JD350C with a JDB331AL2405 injection pump? It doesn't look like a difficult piece to turn, and if possible I'd prefer to have a working drawing instead of pulling the dimensions off my sheared one. Tha...

You will only need to install a diode if you wire it into the ignition circuit and not the accessory circuit. If you connect it to the wire going to your existing external regulator that goes on and off with the key you will be OK, unless someone else has rewired your dozer in the last quarter centu...

Hi there, sorry about the delay in my reply! Anyway, here is a picture I grabbed off the internet: http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/AS/ASEMaster35yrs/2013-07-28_234924_gm_alternator_connections.jpg You can see the terminals in the alternator, the markings, and also the pigtail. When you plug in the...

I replaced mine with a Delco internal regulator alternator, they are between $30 (7127- 1 year warranty)and $65 (DLG7127M), and I bought the cheapest one with a lifetime warranty (DL7127M) from Autozone, the more expensive ones have a lifetime warranty. Anyway, buy one of those and an "electrical pi...

OK, looks like I'm an idiot again.....

Part #5 is AR64078. Is this head assembly interchangeable with both pumps listed?

Thanks again!

Merry Christmas! Anyone know what this part# would be?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know what the part number is for the injection pump head/rotor assembly on the JDB331AL2405?

The various components are listed in diagram 1F21 in the parts manual, but it does not say what the part# is for the entire assembly.

Thanks!

Good idea for a post! What I need to do on my equipment is hang a box somewhere for chains and a few tools. Any suggestions? I haven't actually done this yet, LOL.... On my 350C, what I plan to do one of these days is to get a milk crate and set it on top of the fuel tank and ROP cross bar on the r...

Apologies as I am too bushed to look it up in the parts manual, but I suspect if you remove the switch and take it to your local NAPA store they can come up with an option for you.

You could also do a search on google and ebay for "tractor ignition switch" and look for one that looks like yours.
