I don't think there are any parts available if your lucky you can take the crank handle off soak with your favorite penetrating solution n put a socket on it n use a impact try to work it back n forth n see if it will come loose but you will probably have to take it apart When you get it apart the b...

Most of them are for play n show don't know what your planing on doing with it but if everything is right on it ur probably I've seen them go anywhere from 4 to 6 thousand and I seen one sell for 18,500 but still don't know what made it bring that much

You can also take the handle off the crank and put a socket on the reuse your favorite penetrating oil or water and put impact on it n try working it back n forth u might loosen it up but I doubt it you can buy grade 8 all thread n make new ones but it's a lot of work
