The reverer seems awkward but dont forget to service that. The steering clutches are not difficult to adj...

Just a FYI PB&H in Antrim NH is a good place for 450 parts in the north east.. I think Lavoy should have a east coast division :)

Thats what i had thought about the H and I would LOVE to get my hands on a MD... anyone that hasnt seen one should check them out its a amazing system . according to what i have found i think the 440 ICD might come close to the MD pto hps...???

The good news is if you decide to dive into it there is huge amount of reproductions parts out there for a A....There is prob more on the road now than was produced back then...lol

The F series didnt come out till well after that that.Pic is a 28/29 model a 2door. The only thing that makes me wonder on the pic is the radiator cover looks like it was painted not nickle which was the case usually in commercial As. (trucks) That looks like it could be a real project. :)

yes i did years ago way to heavy and heavy on the finals.. I wouldnt advise it.

It sure does look nice and i have a hard time believing someone spend that much time restoring it to that level. That would be someones chance to get a NEW dozer with NO emissions... :) I would go for it if the lottery would step up for me.

I think you better be careful about calling it a 450c i think its a 450 the 450C i believe has it on the plate as a 450C C

Well I bit the bullet and bought it and brought it home... If posting pics wasnt so hard to figure out i would post some.. I do know i have some work ahead of me the linkage is messed up on the right side for the brake when you pull the steering clutch I have had time to pull the cover off yet.. but...
