JD440ICD transmission to direction reverser alignment

On the diesel JD440 transmission the top two bolts mating to the direction reverser are surrounded by an alignment washer or hollow dowel. The part number shown is T11407T. This is a straight hollow dowel only about 4/10 th of an inch long. However, my diesel crawler requires a stepped down dowel, being smaller in outside diameter where it goes into the direction reverser.

I am having a machine shop make some up for me but I wonder if anyone knows the proper John Deere parts number for this stepped hollow dowel and why it is not listed in the parts manual. Thanks
