Cutting Edges

Post by Pat » Sun Apr 27, 2008 6:34 pm

Hey Lavoy, Isn't it ever going to stop snowing up there?? Question for You or anyone. Is there a source for cutting edges for MC 60 or 61 dozer blades? Mother Deere shows them obsolete, along with the 64. ?

I am working on cutting edges for the MC60, maybe in the next few weeks. I am also getting the end plates done for the MC60 too.
For the 61, go to a good industrial dealer, any brand, and ask for 1/2" by 6" by 6' grader blade, it is cheap and is the correct part. This is also the correct blade for the MC1000 tool carrier.
For the 64, you can cut down a one piece from a larger blade, or you can convert it to 3 piece like on the 1010.
62 is still availalbe as far as I know, but have no checked for sure.

Would have to know the blade number, not the crawler model.
