Hi, clutch goes in hard at times, grinding sound

Thank you for all the help. You guys have me up and running, starting good, timing is great but now it has and always had trouble getting into gear. Sometimes in goes into gear easy with no problems then switches over and I have to grind it into gear.? I looked in the book I don't see in there where I have to add oil or transmission fluid. I don't know where to look to adjust linkage, if it does have that option to adjust. Sometimes no grinding and then all of a sudden grind the next time I shift. Thanks again for all the help.
