1955 40c 4 roller
My father and I are restoring a '55 40c 4 roller and we have the top all finished. We are going to be stalled soon if we can't find new or good used track chains. We would repin and bush these but they are really getting thin on the rails. Grousers are in great shape. Anyone have any direction for me to look.

father in-law has some tracks for a 40c 5 roller w/ new pins and bushings. Best i can remember rails are really good too. They are for sale but last time i asked him what he wanted for them they weren't cheap. If you have a maximum amount in mind that you would spend on a set i could tell him about it and see what he says. the whole dozer is for sale except for some parts that will interchange to a 440, but that ain't much.

I also have a set of chains / rails from my 420 that I do not need. They do need to be rebushed and pinned. Also they still have the pads on them and they are the snow pads. I could take them off if you are only interested in the chains. I am near Buffalo NY

Where in PA? I'm in NY. 100 mi above NYC. I have a set of tracks off a 40c 4 roller. Pins & bushings are total junk (worn through) rails are 2.5" from pad to bottom and I dont need them. Will take the pads off if you are interested. There taking up space so we can deal if there is an interest.

40c chains
Thanks for all the responses. I am just now waiting on info from a berco dealer. I'll have a better understanding of prices soon. Location in PA is 60 miles east of Pittsburgh.
