JD 440ICD Crawler Transmission / Differential Pinion Bearing

I have been trying to help my Dad with a JD 440ICD Crawler. The Pinion Gear does not make good contact with the carrier in the Differential and therefore the crawler will not ... crawl.

Someone has already been working on this crawler and I suspect some parts are wrong and/or missing.... The pinion bearing outside diameter seems to be too small to fit the larger diameter slot in the transmission housing.

Is there a spacer or bearing cup (or something) that fits around the outer pinion bearing race between the race and transmission housing?

If anyone has access to a parts diagram or assembly diagram for the 440ICD Pinion Shaft, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with me.

Thanks for the parts manual! It had exactly the diagram I needed.

It is not looking good for my transmission.

We may decide to try to locate a replacement transmission.

Anyone have a transmission for a 440 ICD??
