Help finding 1010 rails

Post by ptrachte » Sun Oct 17, 2010 9:42 pm

Hi all, its been a long time since i've posted. Hope all is well with everybody. Unfortunately, not all is well with my 1010 loader. The rails are starting to come apart. Both sides are really shot, but a pin is starting to come out on the right side, and the ralis themselves are not salvageable - too far gone. I'm going to need another set. Ugh. Please let me know if anybody sees a set for sale anywhare. I'll need pads on em too. My sprockets are good, but the rollers should be replaced too.

I know.... good luck...

Paul,
If you need rails and pads, I would probably go to 350 rails.

Thought you might say that. :-) How hard is it to put the 350 sprocket "ring" on? What is involved in installing them?

Not that big of a deal, you could do it yourself, or have it done at a machine shop.
I think my brother may have a set of 1010 rails that he is not going to use now, I can ask him if you want.
