They say it isin't but Centrax agricultural tell me it is, a bit pricy. Also bearings are dear. Can you tell me how much pistons rings bearings gasgets liner ass is worth in the states for this engine . Thanks Keith.

Forgive my ignorance; I live in the SE United States and we only speak one language (Southern), but what in the heck is a liner ass? I read, with interest, all post on this site and don't want to miss understand anything.

A liner ass would be the guy that tried to pull your old liner out and cracked your block.
(down here in SC, he would be a few other things too like getting a first class room at the finest hospital his insurance would allow.)

Summer/winter; napkin/serviette; singlet /tee shirt, ski pole/stalk, etc; it's easy to get confused. Happy Holidays. There you go, I had it backward, sorry. Just sent a liner to NSW a few months ago.

Hi,
Here in the States, we usually use 'assy' for short for 'assembly' because using 'ass' tends to conjure up a vision of a reference to the part of the chicken that goes over the fence last!
We say 'Merry' for Christmas and others say 'Happy', but it's all good!
I've spent most of my life loving to mess with British sports cars and it can be a real hoot to read those manuals!
For even more fun, try Engrish. That's what one usually gets in manuals for stuff made in Asia.
Here's a fun site for Engrish:

Enjoy and have a Happy Merry, or a Merry Happy, whichever you choose!
Later!
Stan
