I've got a half set (28 pads) that I'd sell. They are the 14" heavy duty (5/16") type. I think 18 of them are NOS and the rest are nearly new. PM me if you're interested.
I'll buy that die from you Lavoy if you're intereted in selling it

. I've got everything else to make this happen; just don't have the die.

I would be more than happy to pay the full fair on the pads when i get around to restoring one of our lindemans. Whats the cost for a new pad for a 350 or 450 deere for comparision purposes.
If you are spending the time and effort restoring a lindeman then new pads shouldn't be an issue. I am going to have to start looking for some parts before they get anymore scarce.
We have wrecked a bunch of green deeres but mostly concentrate on yellow ones now. I have raised my prices on used parts considerably as it is getting hard and harder to find good machines for wrecking. At our place the customer is not always right and has to bring cash but we are always up front with our customer on prices and condition of parts and have lots of repeat customers. We are lucky enough that the parts sales are just really a winter hobby as our main construction business pays the bills.

Lavoy, I think Randy mentioned needing a few NOS Lindeman pads when I saw him at Polks, but I don't have his e-mail or phone #. Pat

Pat,
He is looking for a dozen or more or the late style, round hole pads in 12".

Bought this as a basket case back in 1978.
Rebuilt it that winter and adapted a bucket loader to it.
Used it to do work around the property for over 20 years before I retired it.
Still get it out and play with it once in a while but mostly we just take it to antique tractor shows.

Ray,
Nice crawler. I've always been one to go all out and restore a tractor to showroom quality. Thusly, making it a "trailer queen". Gotta wonder if thats the thing to do... I think you guys that actually use them are on to something.
