Just want to confirm before I buy a winch....it is a complete set-up off of a 420, will it bolt to a 440?

Are the mounting brackets the same between 420 and 440?

Winch and mount is the same, the tie rods and mounts are different.

Hi: If you look in this picture, you can see the tie rod that connects the winch to the frame on my 420. I'll get a couple of better pictures and post them tomorrow. Paul
