420C head torque specs

Does anyone have the head bolt torque sequence and values? Thanks in advance.

Tim, number your head bolts as follows,
the bolt between the valve cover studs is # 1
then the bolt on the intake side between the cylinders toward the front #2
then on the intake side toward the rear #3 (note #2 and #3 straddle the intake port
then on the intake side at the very rear of the engine is #4
then inside the valve cover at the front is #5
the the very front next to the #1 exhaust valve is #6
the final bolt at the rear inside the valve cover is #7

the torque spec is 85 - 95 foot pounds, follow the order 1-7
(i recommend starting at a low torque like 30# and work your way up 20# or so at a time for an even torque on the gasket)
