steering pressure plate adjustment

Post by rrwayside » Sun Jul 22, 2012 6:13 pm

Just bought the gauge to adjust the fingers on the steering pressure plate, not sure where to measure to and from. There is three different heights on the gauge.I assume you measure off the drum to where the throw out bearing hits the fingers.Just want to be sure. This is for a 1010.

Go to the FAQ's section of this message board, the factory service bulletin for adjusting is posted there.
