Is there instructions on how to put the track back on the machine, step by step?

I used a come along attached to the underside of the track. As you tightened the winch it supported the tracks. Then it has a simple matter of aligning the hole and getting the pin in.

I ended up taking 2 1" diameter steel rods about 14" long, 16" may be good too.
At each end I drilled a 1/2" hole and they are lined up in the same plane. I insert each rod through the next track link to the removable pin of the track.
Now in each of these 1" rods I place a 36" long, 3/8" diameter threaded rod. Attach a washers at each end and some nuts. Turn the nuts on the threaded rod and it will draw the two ends of track together so you can easily put the pin right in. Next time I need to do this I will take a pic.
Hope it makes sense. If you get wise you will double nut one end of the threaded rod and use your impact wrench to turn it and watch the track come together much quicker than ratcheting by hand.
I tried the com-a-long method but the hooks just got tangled up and would never draw the track together just right without releasing the track tension.

Does he mean he threw a track in the middle of the woods or something and wants to know how to put it back on with the track being together?
If so, there's really no specific way. Run your adjuster all the way in and get some big bars.
