Good morning,
Thanks for all the input, very much appreciated. To make a long story short, she is at home sitting in the driveway, and it was well within the suggested parts machine price

. It was an engineering marvel of snatch blocks, chains and truck winch and she loaded right up on the flat deck trailer with ease. Got home and she rolled off the trailer with just a little help from the bobcat, and pushed it into place with the 350. Within 15 minutes I had the engine freed up (actually wasn't seized). I just put some ATF in the spark plug holes and put the blow nozzle in to spread around the oil and decided to push it in to seal and try to turn it over and low and behold, the engine turned over. Yeah!

Charging the battery now, drained the fuel and am getting ready to remove and clean the carb. Check the points and cap and such. Should have it running by days ends.
Need to find a service manual for this beast. Anyone know of an online dowload, or does anyone have an emailable copy?
Thanks for all the help.
More details on the machine as I progress. Oh, yes it does have the reverser and 5 speed tranny.
