Another 420 On Craigslist
There's a 420 listed on Craigslist for $750 that's located north of Seattle.

Looks good for that price. Either the tracks are real good or someone has removed a link. 3 point hitch is a nice feature. Looks like it might have lines for rear remote hydraulics also. Tin is very good and has been converted to 12 volt. If I live within a couple hundred miles of it, I would be on my way after it.

I wonder if there was supposed to be a 1 or 2 in front of the 750. Even if the motor was destroyed, the rest of it is worth the $750.

Either Lincoln, AR or Cypress, TX? I believe without figuring it out on the map Cypress, TX was the furthurest. LOL
Well google shows Lincoln, AR as 483 mi. and Cypress, TX as 352 mi. I was wrong. The second 440ICD came from Lincoln, AR and the 440IC from Cypress, TX.

Hi,
I hauled mine 850 miles. From the North Country of NY to Raleigh NC. I could haul the 420c myself, but the JD350 was too heavy for my trailer, so it stayed.

Distance
I brought one home from Augusta Me. to Gloucester Va,about 750 miles.
I brought another home from Binghamton Ny to Va.I have dragged these things home from Long Island Ny and points from western Va.If you want one you gotta travel,The only one I didn't haul home came out of Seven Vally's Pa.A 440 loader is more than I wanted to haul out of that location.I ended up paying to have that one delivered.I got to see a lot of country and the adventures on the road will be with me a long time.
Luck,JimAnderson

Mine came from about 5-1/2 miles away, I think. I paid $100 to have it moved here which was more than I had thought it would be but apparently the rollback driver I use charges more for track machines or something. Usually he's right around $5 per loaded mile. I haven't finished putting it back together yet but I think it was worth getting.
