Binding on the crankshaft turn

Hello everyone, been working on my dozer engine, 440ic, had the block fixed up, bored .090 oversized one cylinder, sleeve in the other, new pistons installed, crankshaft installed, cam shaft installed, then checked for binding when turning the crankshaft, there is a slight binding every 180 degrees, binding on top and binding on the bottom, I can still turn it all the way around but can feel the binding at those two points, should I be concerned?

I have felt that as well before, seems to be at TDC, and CDC has been my guess. I wouldn't say for me it was binding, but at least greater resistance when turning over with a long punch in the front crank pulley roll pin hole. I also prelube everything with Lucas on assembly.

I pre lubed with CRT Moley and graphite and I also used the Lucas Assy lube, some have been saying the same thing about the resistant in the TDC, just wanted to be sure, after those points it’s freedom of movement..

I would guess that at the end of the crankshaft throw, top and bottom, there is a point where the piston stops. Being a new tight fit, you might notice a slight more resistance as it starts to move again. I'm talking about the slightest stopping of piston movement.
