Temperature Gauge Line Length for a 1010

Does anybody know off the top of their head if a 36" sender tubing length is long enough for a 1010? A 4' will clearly make it but a 3' looks to be close to the ideal length with almost nothing to spare. It would be good to know the right length before I order. Thanks.

I would order the one that will give you some extra to work with, in case you have to remove the dash or whatever you won't be fighting a tight situation.
I put a 4' on my 2010 and neatly coiled up the rest and wire tied behind the dash panel. Also with the extra length I was able to route the line very neatly.

Good point Stretch, I'd have to pull the other end to remove the panel without the extra length. I'm glad I asked.

Stretch is right. There's no way to work on the dash panel without being able to pull it away from the cowl casting and lay it face down unless you can hang from your ceiling. I got a great set of mechanical gauges from Yesterday's Tractor. The temp gauge was 22.50. This is a lot cheaper than my price at my own supplier. =Rob
