MC OEM Hydraulic Control Handle

Post by JDMarty » Mon Aug 04, 2025 2:04 pm

I have my 1949 Crawler hydraulic system almost complete. It is equipped with many parts purchased from Lavoy as well as some fabricated by a couple different local machine shops. Before I put all the rest of it including body parts back on, I want to test the hydraulics for leaks. I have the original controller and reservoir along with the lever arm and rod. I do not have, nor can I find, a good picture of what the mounting mechanism for the control arm to the tractor itself looks like. If I had this, I can get it fabricated. Is anyone able to supply me with a good picture of what this assembly looks like? I have scoured the network and even gone and looked at machines with blades but none of them had the MC1000 interior system with the lift cylinders inside the tracks. They were either Holt systems or custom. I even have the OEM manual you get when you buy an MC1000 kit from JD but it doesn't show this either. I would really appreciate a good picture of what this assembly looks like.

Thanks,

Marty (JDMarty)

IT bolts to the RH 2 seat base bolts, it should show it in the regular parts book.
