I have a set of tracts that have a pin bolted on each side of the pad. Was wondering what these were used for. Thanks for any info.

If they are street pads, it is most likely what people refer to as "ice picks". They were to give traction on hard or frozen surfaces on crawlers with street pads.

Thanks they are street pads and I thought I had remembered you saying that once before but couldn't find it.
