If the ends of the pins are contacting the rollers, than the rollers must be fairly worn, and could be rail wear as well.
Only benefit to removing the pads prior to shipping to me is weight savings, I do not need the pads removed unless they are severely bent.
Price would depend on if I can source any pins and bushings, but I would hope around $1100 parts and labor. If you have a lot of damaged links, or loose bushings, then maybe a little higher.
