Hi need help on a starter Q for a 40c

RIGHT ON! The battery on a load test failed. So I switched the battery out and it's running. I was thinking with the volts on the battery up the battery was good, but not the case. I was glad I took the starter out and found the brushed was down to the nub. So thank you guys for all the help and I owe you guys one. THANK YOU!

Glad you found the problem. The problems do seem overwhelming at times, but it can only be so much on one of these. Process of elimination works everytime.
Anytime you work on one and figure something out, you get better next time.
