My bad, I had the DLTX confused as far as the shaft bushings.
The TSX only had a felt washer and a retainer.
I guess you could drill and press a brass bushing in there if it was worn bad enough.
But as Lavoy said, you should be able to correct any air leakage in that area with needle adjustments.

Normally the housing does not wear, and the shaft itself is what wears, usually a new shaft will tighten it back up.
