Just saw I missed this one, sorry.
I don't know the name of the manufacturer, they dno't mark the discs, so no way to tell. All I know is they are made in the US, only ones I know of that are yet I think. They are kind of black or grey in color. I had two different vendors try to sell them to me, sent both orders back as soon as I got them. You can take a new disc and break it into small pieces with just your thumb. I had a whole 350 set turn to powder and chunks in the box on the way to a customer, that was the last set I ever sold, I had to eat that set, they would not warranty them.
