Just me, but I would put more weld on that triangular gusset. I seem to remember in college that the welds need to be the amount of plate. One inch of plate means one inch of weld (width)

Good job, and thanks for sharing. If I can't find a set like that to fit it atleast gives me some ideas on adapting the blade I do have.
