420C tach

Post by jdcollector » Fri Jul 24, 2015 11:19 pm

I just found a tach for my 420C. All that I have is the gauge though. What else do I need to make it work? I don't have a parts book handy to look it up. Also, does anyone know where I could possibly get the tach rebuilt? Thanks for all the help.

You will need tach drive and cable, I have the cable for sure, might have a drive.
I know a couple places that restore them, $250-$400 last I got a quote. I have new 5 speed tachs on hand, $100.

Lavoy, please let me know if you have the drive also and how much for both of them. What do your new tachs look like? The one I have actually says 420c on the face of it. Thanks!
