Stretched tracks MC crawler

I have an early 50's MC crawler that has tracks stretched in excess of the adjustment screws. While I have a couple of cracked links that I need replacing what options are there to properly tension the tracks.

It needs new pins and bushings or replace tracks with new pins and bushings, only way.
