My 420 hydraulic valve is cracked between the check valve port and the hydraulic line port. I attempted to weld it up, first brazing it but I ran out of oxygen, then with the mig. my weld cracked and it leaked worse. I took it off again and welded it up with a rod that is supposed to be for this type of fix and hooked it up to my air compressor and it is still leaking.
So now I am wondering what others have done to replace valves on these machines. I read that the pump cannot handle a relief pressure higher than 500 PSI? I intend on eventually making a 6 way hydraulic setup for my machine so I am not against going with a new valve. But I would really prefer to keep it stock at this time. Is there a source for parts for these? I would replace that valve bod if it is available, although seeing the current standing of the canadian dollar I dont believe anything south of the boarder will be in my budget.
Heres a picture of my current valve. And my machine.
Any input is appreciated! Thanks

The valve body is not available new, but used ones are around, I might have something on hand. It should bronze pretty easily, I can't tell from the pic exactly where your break is at.
Bypass pressure is 1050PSI, so you will need a low pressure valve, or add in an inline pressure relief that will go that low.
