420 Greenville Car company loader

Post by jibs1723 » Wed May 04, 2016 11:55 am

So yesterday i was using the crawler to move some large rocks and when tipping the bucket up, the left tilt cylinder mount at the lower pin broke in half at the grease fitting. After looking at it more closely, it had been partially broken for some time, probably before i got it, as the broken area was rusted. Does anyone know where I could start to look for a replacement cylinder? I was thinking of cutting off the old mount, making a new one and welding it to the cylinder, but that is a lot of work and I thought it would be easier if someone had a decent one laying around they might be willing to part with.
Thanks,
John

Your best bet would be to measure the retracted and extended pin to pin length, pin sizes, and cylinder piston diameter. Then try to find a aftermarket cylinder online.
