Trying to remove the clutch lever arm which seems to be frozen to the clutch spider. The arm is stuck in a position against the secondary clutch band so that I can't access the second jacking bolt hole to pull the spider and the arm off the drum spline as one unit. I have tried heat on the "collar" of the arm, and it has been soaking in PB, etc. for weeks. Don't want to pound too hard for fear of breaking the cast arm. I think the position of the arm was left with the clutch cylinder piston fully extended when the winch was last used. Clutch cylinder has been removed.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

Heat and vibration are your best friend in this case. Don't use a big hammer, use an air hammer, much less chance of breaking something. Then when it moves, get some penetrant in there.
